Although our parents forced us to eat various vegetables as children, we probably seldom heard "eat radishes". Broccoli, spinach, and green beans are much more common in such cases, but it would be a great pity to give up radishes. On the contrary, due to their distinctive taste and especially health benefits, radishes should be a frequent component of our diet.

Their spicy taste and natural spiciness can eliminate excess mucus from the body, and radishes are especially helpful in treating flu or bronchitis. They can also soothe sore throats. Radishes can also serve as a prevention of viral infections, thanks to the high content of vitamin C.

Radishes naturally cool the body and are a natural means of cleansing the digestive system, helping to eliminate and eliminate food deposits and toxins. Thanks to the content of sulfur essences, they help to detoxify the liver and help the gallbladder. Radishes have a calming effect on the digestive system and relieve bloating and nausea.
