Benefits of Banana.

Bananas are one of the most consumed fruits on our planet. The rounded yellow fruit contains a lot of potassium and pectin, fiber and magnesium, and vitamins C and B6. Bananas have a lot of antioxidants that provide protection against the free radicals we come in contact with every day.

Bananas reduce swelling, protect against the development of type 2 diabetes, help lose weight, strengthen the nervous system and help create white blood cells.

Bananas are good for our hearts. They are full of potassium and low in sodium, which helps protect the cardiovascular system in high blood pressure.

Bananas can help overcome depression because they contain high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin, a mood-enhancing brain neurotransmitter. Plus vitamin B6 helps good sleep and magnesium help relax muscles.

Bananas have a lot of fiber. One banana eats almost 10 percent of our daily consumption. Vitamin B6 can also help prevent type 2 diabetes and reduce overweight.

Bananas contain a small but significant amount of vitamin A, which is necessary to protect our eyes, maintains normal eyesight and good night vision. Vitamin A contains ingredients that protect the membranes around our eyes.

Bananas also help keep our bones strong because they contain a lot of fructooligosaccharides. These are indigestible carbohydrates that stimulate digestive-friendly probiotics and increase the body's ability to absorb calcium. Some research shows that eating a reasonable amount of bananas can protect against kidney cancer. A Swedish study from 2005 found that women who ate more than 75 servings of fruits and vegetables reduced their risk of kidney cancer by 40 percent, with bananas being the most effective.

If you get diarrhea, it is bananas or bananas with apples that will help you heal digestion. They are also beneficial in celiac disease.

However, there are certain risks associated with consuming bananas. If they eat too much, we may suffer from headaches and drowsiness. Bananas also contain enough sugar, which can be risky for the development of tooth decay. According to experts, the recommended daily dose of bananas is 2 pieces of fruit.
