Benefits of Garlic.

Garlic is an herb whose effects have been valued since ancient times. Old cuneiform tables state that garlic was given to slaves who built pyramids, for example, and the nation of Israel was also known for the fact that onions and garlic were abundant in their diets. The book of books of the Bible states: We remember the fish we ate for free in Egypt, cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions, and garlic.

Today, this plant is best known for flavoring its food, but if we decide to try garlic as a medicine, we may be surprised.

Garlic contains 8% protein, carbohydrates, B vitamins, and vitamin C. Minerals contain potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, zinc, iodine, and copper. We offer it in the strongest, highly concentrated form of garlic extract in a unique combination with pumpkin.

The best known is the use of garlic to treat heart disease and blood. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attack, and blockage of blood vessels. Garlic owes these effects to its flavonoids. Thanks to them, garlic is also used to prevent colon cancer, rectal cancer, stomach, breast, prostate, and lung cancer. The US National Cancer Institute has placed it at the top of the list of drugs with strong cancer prevention effects!

The most effective substance in garlic is alliin, which is converted to allicin. It gives off a characteristic odor or smell and in laboratories has been found to have an even wider antibacterial spectrum than penicillin in some cases. We will therefore use it for colds and flu, but also for the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections. Allicin kills the causative agents of cholera, typhoid, tuberculosis, staphylococci, and streptococci, protozoa trichomonas causing vaginal infections, yeast infections, causative agents of herpes, parasites in the intestines.

Other uses include the treatment of fever, cough, headache, stomach, rheumatism, hemorrhoids, asthma, bronchitis, blood pressure, high blood sugar and also fatigue and stress, enlarged prostate, osteoarthritis, diabetes, diarrhea.

Garlic could end your hair loss problems. Allicin is a sulfur component that is also found in onions and is very effective in hair loss. Take a crushed clove of garlic and rub the skin on your head with it. You can also use garlic oil.

Garlic is also excellent in treating acne. The ingredients in it effectively kill pimples by killing the bacteria that are found in them. Garlic is full of antioxidants and is great for treating the flu and colds. It can be served in the form of tea, to which we can also add ginger and honey to improve the taste and enhance the healing effects. Because garlic has anti-inflammatory effects, it can be useful in treating psoriasis.

If you want to alleviate the unwanted odor, try chewing fresh parsley leaves, or mint leaves, or an apple.
