In the 1920s, cultivation really spread to New Zealand and also to Italy, where massive cultivation and exports became domesticated and expanded. Today, Italy is at the forefront of importers, followed by other countries. The bred and large species are native to New Zealand, hence the name kiwi.

Kiwi has many valuable minerals sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and to a lesser extent iron, copper, zinc, and manganese. Kiwi has carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, but these are already in smaller quantities. Vitamin B6 is also about 0.15mg / 100gr.

A layman may object to small oval browns and some hairy fruits, but if we look at the composition of kiwis, they will surprise us with their strength for our immune system.

Kiwi with its composition, thanks to a combination of minerals and vitamins, helps to strengthen blood vessels and veins, improves eyesight, helps with fatigue and concentration. Kiwi is a powerful antioxidant, cleanses the blood, and promotes the production of friendly hormones, thus improving mood and strengthening the body, especially during stress. Kiwi helps treat bleeding gums, and during the flu is like a defensive shield in preventing colds. We know that vitamin C is very important for our defenses, especially in the natural diet. Kiwi has enough potassium - 290mg / 100g and is, therefore, a helper in reducing high blood pressure and exhausted central nervous system. Kiwi, although such a small piece of small fruit, is strong in its nutrition for our tired nerves, sore legs, exhausted body, and strength for our mood.

When you taste kiwi, it is a range of flavors from sour to sweet, a bit reminiscent of gooseberry, although it is quite far from gooseberry. When God created our earth, He spread many kinds of fruit throughout the earth, ensuring that man had a sufficient supply of all building and protective substances for health and physical freshness throughout the year.
